10 AM  HIKE AT BALLS FALLS- LINCOLN OUTDOORS
TOUR LEADER: Marcie Jacklin takes hikers on a tour of this beautiful property with its spectacular scenery and natural beauty.  Co-sponsored by Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority.  Meet at Balls Falls Conservation Area, 3292 Sixth Ave., Lincoln. Come prepared for weather and natural trail conditions. 2 PM  FAMILY -FRIENDLY OUTDOOR FUN - Queenston  OUTDOORS
Leader: Lisa Bacon, Nature Seekers. Participate in fun and educational outdoor family-friendly activities.  Learn about our winter birds while playing games.  Please dress for the weather.  Meet at Locust Grove Picnic Area near 14188 Niagara Pkwy, just south of the roundabout east of Brock’s monument.  Free parking. 9:30 am   HIKE ALONG THE LAKE ONTARIO SHORELINE – Niagara-on-the-Lake OUTDOORS
Leaders: Bob Highcock and Jean Hampson.  Peninsula Field Naturalists Join us in our search for waterfowl, gulls and winter woodland bird species along the Lake Ontario shoreline and Niagara River.  Dress warmly and bring your binoculars.  Meet at Newark Park, 1501 Old Lakeshore Rd. in Niagara-on-the-Lake (Immediately south of Lakeshore Rd/Niagara Shores).  Walking and some driving involved.

Join Matthew Iles for a guided hike to various hotspots along the river.  Dress warmly and meet at the Queenston Docks Boat Launch off Dumfries St. Limited parking available. REGISTRATION REQUIRED CLICK HERE

10 am   FAMILY FRIENDLY BIRDING WALK – Dufferin Islands  OUTDOORS
Leaders: Lisa Bacon & Debbie Wright.  Niagara Falls Nature Club Enjoy a family friendly stroll along the scenic nature trails in search of birds.  Bring binoculars/camera.    Meet in the parking lot by the small stone building near the exit.  Paid parking (or use Niagara Parks Annual Pass). REGISTRATION REQUIRED CLICK HERE
12:45 PM  SPEAKERS’ ROSTER & NATURE CLUB DISPLAYS – School of Horticulture
Find out about the activities available through local nature clubs, view optics on display by Swarovski, and listen to inspiring presentations by Owen Bjorgan (12 noon) Jocelyn Baker (1:30 pm) and Ankur Khurana (3 pm). Paid parking (or use Niagara Parks Annual Pass).
